About Us
HISTORY 2012 – 1000m2 Factory Hanoi CNC J.S.C was established in 2012 with a small factory of 1000m2 in Tu Liem industrial park, Tu Liem district, Hanoi city, manufacturing and supplying precision machinery products, supporting industrial machines, kinds of jigs, fixtures. Our main customers were Japanese enterprises that operated in Vietnam. 2015 - Issued Certificate of ISO 9001:2008 by Quacert For standardization of company’s operation, building firm foundation and long-term development, especially meeting customers’ requirements, we were aware of the importance of building a quality management system based on ISO, and we applied for ISO9001-2008 and we were issued the Certificate of this ISO in 2015. Established an Office in Hanoi center for trading. After three years of supplying our mechanical products to factories, we saw many other needs of customers about standard products such as casters, welding wires, assembly tools,… and we decided to establish an office in Hanoi center to expand our business in trading. We became a distributor for some brands to develop their products in Vietnam market, including Nansin Caster (Japan), Nippon welding wire (Japan), Tone tool (Japan), Cutting tools (Japan), Groz Tools (India), AOK tools (Taiwan). 2019 – Moved to a new factory with 6000m2, developing new product: Mesh pallets The new factory in Quang Minh industrial park, Me Linh district, Hanoi City. Developing new product: mesh pallets Established a production line to manufacture mesh pallets from standard types to custom types. 2020 –Investing an electrolytic plating plant To complete production line of mesh pallets and especially to control quality of after-plated surface treatment as well as to have competitive price, we invested an electrolytic plating plant, named HTA company, located in Dao Duc commune, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province, far 10km from our production factory in Quang Minh industrial park. 2021 – Issued ISO 9001-2015 by BVQA 2022 – Expanding market – export mesh pallets Covid-19 happened and it had substantial negative effects on global supply chains. After Covid, many customers have been coming to Vietnam to find supply resources in most of industrial fields. As a manufacturer of mechanical products with experience of over 10 years, doing many big projects for domestic customers, we are confident enough to participate the global supply chain. In February, 2022 we succeeded to produce the first batch of mesh pallets, exporting to Australia. From 2022 until now, we have been making many kinds of mesh pallets, from standard sizes to custom sizes and supplying to Australian, American market. We continue to exploit other markets, including Japan, Korea, Singapore, Europe... 2023 – Investing Powder Coating Line We invested a powder coating line at our factory to meet customers’ needs about surface treatment beside zinc coat and the important thing is to control quality and ensure production plan. We assembly a modern line, full automation and semi-automation. Surface treatment before coating is made by sand blasting or chemical soaking. Our powder coated products are finished with good quality, satisfying our customers. 2024 – Expanding and Developing Trading Business With over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and nearly 10 years of trading in imported goods sold in Vietnam, and nearly 3 years of exporting the products we produce, we find ourselves have enough experience and ability to expand and developing commercial business.
